We offer a hybrid model of support that brings together non-medical home care, coordination alongside health and nursing services, and community-based assistance. Our services are designed for individuals and families navigating disability, aging, chronic conditions, or complex life circumstances.
We recognize that people’s needs do not exist in silos. Home life, health needs, school, work, and community participation are closely connected. Avelora Life exists to support people across those intersections with care that is flexible, consistent, and person-centred.
