Our services may include respite support, community aide support, personal care assistance, companionship, daily routine support, life skills support, senior independence support, and family support coordination.

Avelora Life Inc. does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, nursing services, therapy, counselling, emergency medical care, or regulated health professional services unless specifically arranged through an appropriately licensed professional.

Our services are intended to support daily living, safety, dignity, independence, and community participation. They are not a substitute for medical care, professional health advice, emergency services, or government-funded clinical services.

2. No Emergency Services

Avelora Life Inc. is not an emergency response service.

If there is a medical emergency, safety emergency, mental health crisis, risk of harm, abuse concern, or urgent situation, please call 911 or contact the appropriate emergency, medical, crisis, or protective service immediately.

Messages sent through our website, email, phone, or social media may not be reviewed immediately and should not be used for urgent or emergency matters.

3. No Guarantee of Funding Approval

Avelora Life Inc. may support families connected with FSCD, PDD, FMS, AISH-related transitions, private-pay arrangements, or other service pathways.

However, Avelora Life Inc. does not make government funding decisions and does not guarantee approval, continuation, increase, or renewal of FSCD, PDD, AISH, private insurance, or any other funding.

Families remain responsible for confirming funding eligibility, approved service categories, authorized hours, payment arrangements, and reporting requirements with the appropriate government program, caseworker, administrator, or funding body.

4. Service Availability

Service availability depends on location, staff availability, client needs, schedule, safety considerations, funding approval, and whether Avelora Life Inc. determines that the requested service is appropriate and within our scope.

Submitting a website inquiry or contacting Avelora Life Inc. does not automatically create a service agreement, client relationship, employment relationship, or obligation to provide services.

Services begin only after appropriate intake, review, consent, documentation, scheduling, and service arrangements are completed.
