Avelora Life may work with private pay, FSCD-related support, PDD or Family Managed Services arrangements, and eligible home care pathways when requirements are verified.

FSCD

For families with children with disabilities who may have approved respite or family-directed support.

PDD / FMS

For eligible adults with developmental disabilities using approved support arrangements.

Private Pay

For families, seniors, and individuals arranging flexible non-medical support directly.

Home Care / CDHCI

For eligible Client Directed Home Care Invoicing Program pathways when billing requirements are confirmed.

Authorized for FSCD and PDD direct billing.

Avelora Life is authorized for direct billing under Alberta's FSCD and PDD programs in South Calgary and Northern Alberta, subject to applicable program requirements, approved services, and individual funding agreements.

Avelora Life does not decide eligibility, approve funding, or guarantee payment through any program. Families and individuals should confirm approved services and payment rules with the appropriate program, caseworker, administrator, or funding body.
